Can I perform Umrah on my own?
Yes, many pilgrims travel alone. Saudi entry rules for solo travellers and for different age groups can change, so our team will confirm the current requirements for you at the time of booking.
When is the best time to go for Umrah from the UK?
Umrah can be performed throughout the year outside the days of Hajj. The cooler months from November to February are the most comfortable, while Ramadan and UK school holidays are the busiest. We offer packages for most months of the year, including Christmas, Easter and Ramadan.
Do UK passport holders need a visa for Umrah?
You need valid permission to enter Saudi Arabia before you travel. The options and rules are updated from time to time, so we handle the visa processing for you and explain which route applies to your passport.
How early should I book my Umrah package?
Book as early as you can, especially for Ramadan, December and Easter, when flights and hotels close to the Haram fill up quickly. Booking early also gives you a wider choice of dates and hotels.
What is the difference between 3, 4 and 5 star Umrah packages?
The main difference is the standard of the hotel and how close it is to the Haram. 5 star packages offer the most comfort and the shortest walk, while 3 star packages are the most budget friendly.
Can I travel with children or elderly parents?
Yes, families travel for Umrah all the time. Tell us who is travelling and we will suggest hotels closer to the Haram and a pace that suits children and older pilgrims.
Do you offer group Umrah packages?

How many days do I need for Umrah?
The rituals of Umrah can be completed in a few hours, but most pilgrims stay longer to worship in Makkah and visit Madinah. Our packages run from 7 to 20 nights.
