The terms that apply to all Hajj, Umrah and travel bookings made with Fajar Travels.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Fajar Travels for Hajj and Umrah packages, and to any other travel services we provide. By booking with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before you book.

01. Booking & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit must be paid at the time of reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full by the date given in your booking confirmation. If it is not paid on time, your booking may be cancelled.
- Payments can be made by bank transfer, debit/credit card or any other method we approve.
02. Prices
Package prices are confirmed at the time of booking and depend on travel dates, hotel availability and airfares. Your booking confirmation sets out exactly what is included in your package.
03. Passports, Visas & Travel Documents
- Your passport must meet the validity requirements set by Saudi Arabia and your airline.
- You must provide accurate passport and personal details for visa processing.
- Visa approval is decided by the Saudi authorities and is outside our control.
- You are responsible for carrying all required travel documents on your journey.
04. Changes & Cancellations by You
If you wish to change or cancel your booking, please contact us in writing as soon as possible. Any charges will depend on the terms of the airlines, hotels and other providers involved, and will be explained to you before any change is made.
05. Changes by Fajar Travels
Occasionally we may need to make changes to your arrangements, for example because of airline schedule changes or hotel availability. If this happens, we will tell you as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative where we can.
06. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers take out suitable travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellation and personal belongings for the full length of the trip.
07. Health & Conduct
Please tell us about any medical conditions or special requirements before you book so we can help where possible. All travellers must follow the laws and customs of Saudi Arabia and the rules of airlines and hotels.
08. Our Responsibility
We arrange your travel services with trusted airlines, hotels and transport providers. We are not responsible for delays, losses or changes caused by events outside our control, such as government decisions, weather or airline disruption.
09. Your Personal Information
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
